We have observed that when elimination of waste (from both
urinary and alimentary tracts) is increased, weight loss is
greatly facilitated and often people start looking younger.

While these cleanses are an optional part of the program, for
most people they will be key for optimal weight loss that has
long-term results. Also, many people fail on traditional low-carb
diets because of toxicity in the body, and improper digestion.
Adding these cleanses to your program can lead to greater weight
loss and better health.
It is important that the cleanses are done in the proper
order. The colon should always be cleansed first, as most waste
is eliminated from the body via the colon. So as you cleanse
your liver, gallbladder, and kidney you will want to be sure
your colon is healthy and you are experiencing proper
elimination.
For some people, a need for a deeper colon cleansing exists.
Generally, you should be experiencing 2-3 bowel movements a day.
An advanced colon cleanse would follow the guidelines here, but
add psyllium husk on an empty stomach once or twice a day. It
would also involve adding a magnesium supplement. You may want to
consult with a health care provider, such as a trained
nutritionist or colon therapist, before attempting such a
cleanse.
