*Cranberry Water
Mix 1-2 teaspoons unsweetened cranberry concentrate, which can
be purchased at a health food store. You may add a little
stevia to sweeten.
Kidney Tonic
1 cucumber, peeled if not organic
Handful parsley
1 stalk celery
1/4 lemon, peeled
1/2-inch piece ginger root
Cut the cucumber in half and juice. Bunch-up the parsley and
juice followed by the celery, lemon, and ginger. (Parsley and
celery are kidney tonic juices.)
Note: Cucumber, watermelon, cantaloupe with seeds, asparagus,
lemon, kiwi, and parsley are all considered natural diuretics.
* If you have low blood sugar, do not take BanabaPlus. |
