I have been using coconut oil for about 6 weeks. It has improved my memory very much but i have put on about 4 lbs since then as well. I was wondering if this is happening to a lot of other folks. I want to keep using it but i am afraid i will continue to gain. I am using about 1 to 3 teaspoons a day. I also take Synthroid for hypothyroidism. My hope is that the weight gain will be temporary until my body gets used to the virgin coconut oil?
