If you are referring to the book Marianita and I wrote, no, the recipes are not specific to the Candida diet. They are general recipes for anyone to get more coconut oil into their diet. Candida has unique considerations, and one needs to really eliminate as much sugar as possible, and load up on pro-biotic foods, along with coconut oil.
