| Coconut oil is the best which can nourishes scalp and hair as well. It also improves the blood circulation.

| I just take a dime size of coconut oil in my hand and rub my palms until it's melted. I then flip my head and apply mainly to my ends (my hair is dry). On the weekends, I massage it into my scalp and leave for 20 minutes, then wash. Otherwise, every 2 days I wash my hair and this is part of my routine. I leave it in for 20 minutes then do my usual wash and condition. I have been doing this routine now for 2 months and I have to say, my hair feels much healthier, less split ends, and it's not as frizzy. For the first time in my life, I can look in the mirror and love my hair!!

Please, whatever you do, do not use the microwave. The heating process mocrowaves use, literally alter the DNA and RNA structure of foos and water. It makes it carcinogenic and destroys the life properties!!!
By nuking your food, oils, drinks etc. you are not only defeating the healthful effects but are eating and drinking toxic substances.
God Bless!

I heat a tablespoon of coconut oil in microwave, comb it through my damp hair, leave it on for at least thirty minutes. I have kept it on for as long a three hours. After washing my hair I was amazed at how shiney and silky my hair was. I am a true believer!

Coconut oil either solid or liquid could be applied directly to the hair and massage it to the scalp. The solid coconut oil when applied to the scalp and hair will melt automatically. It will be more preferable to apply it as liquid because it will distribute evenly on the hair.
It is best apply at least 30 minutes before washing your hair. Cover your head with shower cap after applying the coconut oil then wash it after 30 minutes.
There are several ways to make the coconut oil liquid, such as warming a water in a pot. Remove the pot from the stove and put the coconut oil jar in the water, then wait for a few minutes till the liquid oil appears. Another way is to have the coconut oil sit on the counter close to the stove, but not too close just enough to have warm temperature of 70 degrees and above.

I haven't tried it yet, but I would guess you could place a jar of coconut oil in a pan of hot water on the stove to melt it. Wait for it to cool a bit before applying it to your hair and scalp.

Since coconut oil is solid, how do you get it into your hair?

| Plz do. I have been using it on my scalp and my hair is growing back.

I have heard that applying VCO directly onto hair and wrapping it up for about 20 minutes helps. Then washing it off with a normal shampoo.
Some have reported that hair has gotten thicker or stopped falling out. I shall try this as since my teens I have lost about 50% of my hair. Really depressing as those who have experienced this will agree.
I shall give it a try and let you know how I get on.
