There is a difference between virgin and refined coconut oils. But both are good. Refined is not bad. Virgin has more nutrients and more antioxidants. But they both have the medium chain fatty acids.

Hi all!
I'm new to this forum and wanted to ask you, if I'm making a mistake by taking organic odorless coconut oil instead of extra virgin??
I bought it because it said organic on the label, so automatically thought it was as good as any other.
