Hi Flory,
You can add a little bit of butter to coconut oil and use as a spread on your toast. You can also add coconut oil to almond butter, peanut butter and other nut butters. You can use it for stir-fry, mixed it with rice, pasta,beans, and salad.

I just started taking VCO and I tried it in a smoothie and in tea and it has such a strong coconut taste and after taste. Could anyone suggest a good way of taking the VCO without tasting it.
