You would need to define "manna" as that is not a recognized term in the coconut industry. If you mean the ground up dried coconut, then the answer is that you are getting more than just the oil, but also the fiber and protein.

I am curious, what is the difference in using coconut oil versus coconut manna for weight loss? Is the oil or manna better for weight loss? How exactly is ingesting that much fat supposed to help with weight loss?? I am also trying to lower my cholesterol and wonder if one is better than the other for weight loss and lowering cholesterol. Thank you.
