Hi Pina,
Instead of Iodine s, it will be better to get your iodine from sea vegetables which are high in iodine.
Try to stop your iodine s for a week and observe if your head tremor will ceased.
Check your diet, eat good quality protein, avoid sugary products. Coconut oil is good for thyroid condition.

I had hyperthyroid when I was in my twenties and took radio active iodine. Now I am on Synthroid and I am hypothyroid, since the radioactive iodine destroyed most of my thyroid gland. I have been on Synthroid for 30 years. I started a very slight head tremor a few years ago. My endocrinologist said not to worry, it was probably caused by my thyroid condition. It is much worse when I am stressed or upset. I tried taking iodine supplements along with the Synthroid and in my opinion it became worse. Has anyone else had this problem after being on Synthroid for years? No other symptoms are present and my family doctor says I am in good health. I do not take any other medication, except an allergy pill once a day.
