hi there! i am new to the group and just have a few ques. are coconut milk and flakes allowed on the candida diet? i follow a pretty strict protocol but they do not allow these things. my gut says they are beneficial though. does this group follow any specific diet? mine is meat, fish, eggs, co, veggies(low carb), butter. i also eat berries occasionally. thanks, any info. would be great;-)
