I have a recipe that calls for 1 can of cream of coconut. I've never bought or seen that. I've been told to look in the Asian section at the grocery store or go to a liquor store. I guess they use it in drinks. I wondered if anyone knows if I could use my T.T. coconut cream concentrate to make it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
