Coconut oil only kills harmful bacteria. It does not kill the beneficial bacteria in the body.

You can try to google it for any scientific research that might be there on the topic.

hello all,

I have a penchant for coconut cream and was wondering if my indulgence is nuking the probiotic supplements I'm taking. I know coconut oil is said to kill bad bacteria, but does it kill the good bacteria as well? Is anyone aware of any research relating to this?
