You can use it just like the regular coconut flakes.
If you use it within 24 hours just keep it in the fridge.
Otherwise you can dry it, if you have a desiccator use it, if you do not have a desiccator just spread it on trays and let it dry in a warm place. The best dried flakes are cut very small, or it may develop molds and not be tasty at all.

OK, so after I blend the coconut meat with water and I make coconut milk, I have to ladle the mixture into the cheese cloth, fold the edges over the coconut meat and twist the ends to extract as much milk as I can into the bowl.
But what can I do with that coconut meat that remains in the cheese cloth? I'm following a Low Carb diet and usually I use Unsweetened Coconut Flakes instead of flour when I make cookies. Could I dry that mixture and use it?
