Does anyone know if consuming raw, organic fermented coconut vinegar would be detrimental or beneficial for someone struggling with candida? If consuming it provides beneficial probiotic bacteria, in what ways should one consume it? As a replacement for apple cider vinegar in salad dressings or putting some in water and drinking as a beverage? If you have seen good benefits using it, please tell me how you are using it and in what dosage? Thanks.
