Normally die off only last a few days I would definately go see a doctor or a natropathic doctor.
Its good your getting proactive, yeast shows no mercy.

Yes, coconut oil will kill that candida and bad bacteria. Try to use it as your only cooking oil, stop using every other type of oil, just the coconut.
Also, you could try to drink Pau d'arco herb tea. It kills candida.
And above all, stop using refined sugar, high fructose corn syrup and cane juice.
Coconut water is excellent for this also. It is a delicious beverage (It is different then coconut milk)

Peter, I'm sorry for your health problems you are experiencing. I haven't personally had the thrush but I used VCO on my daughter and also my father who both had oral thrush (my Dad was going thru chemo). Definatly look up 'oil pulling' as per Carol......I've posted a few notes on here on the subject. VCO WILL HELP, IF NOT CURE IT! It is such an amazing gift from nature!...I can't say enough about it. I have been enduring major dental problems in the last few years (ie abscesses, cavities, gingivitis, and enflamed taste buds). I tried all the conventional/Western remedies (anitibiotics, etc)-NOTHING WORKED! My friend suggested oil pulling....I have to be honest, when I first heard about it, I thought, YEAH RIGHT! I was wrong, it works like a charm. Now I use it as a preventive by gargling with it once or twice a week. Most of my dental problems are under control, my daughter and Dad haven't had it since I started them on it.....I'm even treating my Dogs with it for candida/yeast, thyroid, and skin problems. One of my dogs was about 20 lbs. overweight and he's already lost 10 lbs....without changing his food, exercise etc. I melt a couple of TBS. onto their food 2X per week. IT'S LIKE MAGIC!!!!

I don't know if i contracted a std or a oral yeast infection. it has been going on for a couple of months now and it is really ruining my life, hard to go out anywhrer in public smellin like dirty feet, that is the smell that is prevalent, I need to find out what i have and get the treatmnet to get rid of it. Hi Peter,
Are you taking VCO? What kind of diet are you on? No Sugar/Low or no carbs? You should check out oil pulling on the internet. I have been doing oil pulling as well as eating coconut oil ad with a no sugar/grain diet. This should get rid of the candida, which would solve your problem!
