Well, after I did 10 minutes of rebounding the other day, I was SO sore and miserable the next day. I don't know if it was from the coconut oil getting rid of toxins, the reboudning, or a combination of both, but my body was in shock. Today I rebounded again, but this time I am doing it for 3.5 minutes, three times a day, and I am going to do that every other day. I don't want the soreness to be so painful, so breaking up sessions will be good.

Anyone have any tips on rebounding? How much is too much?

Hello,

I just dragged my rebounder out of the basement and set it up in the living room where I am more likely to use it. I have had a Needak rebounder for a long time, but I find that I'm not consistent with it. Anyway, I did 10 minutes on it today and plan to use it every day for at least a few minutes. I am about 100 lbs. overweight and just want to feel better physically. I really could care less about losing weight at this ponit, but just want to feel better and get my health back. If I lose weight in the process, GREAT, but if I don't, just feeling good will be reward enough.

For those experienced in rebounding, is there an amount of time I should be shooting for as a goal to do the rebounding? I would think that a person would not have to do more than 20 minutes a day, but that is just my opinion....just curious to hear what others are doing.....

Thank you,
Andrea
