Hello,I have a few questions about vco.I am 27 years old and have been sick for quite some time.It started when I was 14 I got acid reflux, I had a poor diet like alot of teens.I went to my doctor and he gave me nexium,I would always be eating tums and a year later I got IBS.My doctor told me they usually go hand in hand and gave me very little nutritional guidance, and basically said "live with it".As i approached 18-19 I noticed my self feeling anxoius often and getting nervous in public and then a highly stressful situation brought on severe panic attacks. So I went to my doctor and he prescribed Paxil.I didn't like how it felt at first but I kept taking it till I got used to it.I got up to 40mg,I also drank alot because it helped me escape. At the same time I noticed all the mucles in my body were always sore for no apparent reason. For basicaly the next 7 I took the Paxil, drank alot, smoked pot,and just got used to my stomach always hurting and bowel problems.I was always a high strung kid who had trouble concentrating and probably would have been a prime candadite for add, luckily ridelin wasn't around then,I have been told you give your self IBS through mental stress. At the time I started getting stomach problems I was a very bad ass teen and caused myself and family alot of stress, and doctors have told me that teens who have this later on get anx/dep.
Finally a year or so ago I read the book natyral cures they dont want you to know about and I started to change my life.I saw a nutripathic doctor who told me I had a dairy allergy (which I already knew by doing a test myslef)and a gluten allergy, and my liver was comletly fried along with my pancreas and entire digestive system was not absorbing anything. I started making changes that made my stomach feel better but never really did the big change until october,I did a parasite cleanse and for the first week when you fast I felt better then I had in a decade.I have been sober since october too.I realized that it was the mental fatigue that was causing my anx/dep because it went away, and I felt energy like I never had in years my memory and clarity were very sharp.I realized after that that what I had was chronic fatigue syndrome.I have been of paxil and prevacid for a year now,and dont take imodium anymore. If I wrote down all my symptoms they match perfectly with cfs, things are slowly getting better now, my fatigue is the main cause of my mental state, the fogginess and bad memory I am now seeing a doctor that does blood analysis and confirmed that I have cfs and I am cleansing my intestinal track. My question is with my array of symptoms it sounds like coconot oil is good for them all.I have taken things before without checking with a proffessional before and I made my self sicker,do you see any complications that could arise? I also am trying 2 tsp of apple cider a vinegar and 1tsp honey on an empty stomach in the morning to reduce the acidity in my body,is that alright to? Thank you so much,I have to wait a few weeks to see my doctor so this is very helpful, peace!
