I've been using coconut oil for beauty for quite a while now, but I never thought of taking it orally.

Well, last night I started and also had a dose (2 heaped teaspoons) this morning. It's just past lunch time now and I had absolutely no trouble digesting my lunch. Normally I have to eat only a handful of food otherwise I bloat and feel sick. But I had a white breadroll (about 6") with sliced chicken and pesto spread and it went down with no trouble.

I will definitely be taking 2 tspns twice a day from now on!
