I wish this was more current. My father has Crohn's and I would love to see some feedback on whether or not it helped.
I wonder too about the constipation and diarrhea paradox. Does the CO just regulate our systems better to even things out? Does it coat the inside of the bowel to help things?

has anyone tried cocnut oil for crohn's? i have heard good things. but i don't understand how coconut oil is being advertised to imporve constipation and improve diarrhea??
is it just that coconut oil is easier to absorb, or does it actually improve the clinical symptoms of crohn's.. i mean active disease, not just the symptoms of diarrhea. plus how can it be advertised for weight gain and weight loss..
