Brenda, I am allergic to just about everything - Meats, dairy products, narcotics, lots of anti-biotics. I am also allergic to SOY which the government has put into ALL foods. I now have a fungus rash on my legs and back, which 5 doctors have tried to help cure. I have heard that Coconut oil can help this too. I want to give it a try. Thanks for you information on this web site. My breathing is affected with all these allergic reactions. I now have very few options for eating. I am eating only vegtables - and lots potatoes and potatoe bread which so far I am not allergic to those, but I am told these starches have caused the fungus problem. I hope coconut oil can help me. Since I've been trying to stay away from soybean canola oils and most of the cooking sprays have one or the other, it was nice to see that Palm oil was used in the one for grilling with high heat. So I use it for coating any pan I have, high heat or not.
