Maybe the VCO *is* helping with the bone density and would explain your weight gain on VCO. In that case the weight gain would be a good thing. :)

Unfortuntely, I have not been quite as successful with VCO as I have been with my rebounder. Although, I still feel great with VCO. I had a bone density test in 2/204, which showed I have a spine of a 65 year old woman. (I am 52 y.o.) 3/2004 I bought my rebounder. I have used it regularly throughout the year. I even try to do my 10,000 steps/day using my pedometer. I basically just have it infront of the tv and either walk, jog or jump on it. I watched the Indy 500 race on the rebounder. This past April 2005, I had my most recent bone density test. I showed a 6.3% improvement. The rebounder is the main reason for improvement. I only started back with VCO in 1/2005 since I was mad that I had gained weight with VCO.
