Hi SandiJean - I too am having trouble with incontinence but only after two weeks on the rebounder, I am noticing a big improvement. I can only imaging how good it will be after a few months. I'm counting on the rebounder to take care of the incontinence problem and also cause weight loss. Wish me luck!! Funny thing is happening - after 20 minutes on the rebounder, my big toe falls asleep. What in the world could that be all about?

By: Sandra Several years ago I had a real problem with incontinence, (I couldn't run a step without leaking. I was 49 1/2 years old and had just entered a local community college. I had read somewhere that rebounding would help this.
It did. It took about 3 months and I haven't had the problem since. I just turned 69 6/13/05.

By: theresa Today, for the first time i am using coconut oil. i can tell you that I am very familiar with the results of rebounding and they are phenomonal. I havea been doing it off and on since the early 80's, after reading a wonderful book on all the health benefits, bi a guy with last name Carter. it builds cellular strenght each time you accelerate, and at the top of the bounce the lymphatic system is cleansed. go for it, start out easy, you'll be surprised at hoe streneous it actually is. good luck!!

I just put on a Richard Simmons video, and start jumping along with the music. Jumping is the whole idea - the video just prevents boredom, in my opinion.
I adjust the intensity of my jumping based on how much of a workout I am gettting. It is the same when I go walking - I adjust my speed based on the intensity of the workout.
All of the different tapes do look like fun, but it is jumping that gives you a workout, and makes you stronger.

By: patty this rebounder thing has been around for a long time. a good friend of mine started using one 16 years ago. i avoided it with great skeptism, 16 years ago i was skinny due to jogging and thought how silly "a trampoline?" now i will try anything, after hours on the treadmill and exercise bike with no results, it can't hurt. can anyone tell me where you found a good workout for the rebounder. i don't want to just get on one and start jumping i need detailed workouts. thank you for any info. patty
