no problems -- thanks for replying -- I have been doing only the health bounce since I got mine -- about a month -- I find that I am getting a bit more lift but still not getting actual air. I find that my balance is getting better when I am on it also. the only other thing I do right now is walk -- when we get back from vacation I will be starting doing some weights at the rec. center also.
thanks

Hello!
So sorry it has taken me so long to reply, I haven't been online in a couple of days. Yes, I bought a Needak rebounder. I have used other brands but this is the best I have ever tried. I don't do anything special on it but try to increase my time on it and I also increase and decrease intensity. I know some people jog on it, but I am not that coordinated yet. I guess its kinda like interval training. In addition to rebounding I lift weights. I have a weight bench, barbells and dumbells. I feel so much better physically when I bounce. I do have trouble being consistent.
I hope this has helped. Let me know if you need more info.

By: rho1640 from you -- I know you used the rebounder in addition to the Coconut Diet to lose the weight and I think I remember that you had some health issues you feel were helped.
