Subject: Re: Rebounders - Elaine [Forum: Rebounding]
I did buy a Needak Rebounder in 2004, being lazy I have not used it much, but love that it folds up, and I keep dragging it out every so often, its quality and not like the old ones I had in the 80s, this has a great quality to it.. thats was the day I had money, couldnt EVER afford it today.. if you can afford it.. get it! worth it for life!

Hi,
I finally purchased the Needak Rebounder and I love it! I can't believe what a difference it makes. The work out and even the health bounce is totally different. I'm looking forward to all the benefits derived from rebounding. I have a question. For someone who has had the lymph nodes removed due to cancer and then has lymphodema would the rebounder still be useful?
Thanks.

Subject: Re: Re: Rebounders
I'm comparing the Needak to a $30 one that I bought at Dick's Sporting Goods a while ago. No comparison.
Actually the work out is harder because of the bounce being different. So now I can't do as much as I did on the cheap one. I'm am having trouble folding it and I suspect it's just a strength thing. I can't tell which side of the springs are bigger - they both look the same.

Rebounding is supposed to be the best exercise there is for moving lymph through the body. I would think it would be particularly useful for lymphodema, but that's just my opinion.
Are you comparing your Needak to other rebounders you've used?
