Ann, thanks for telling a little more about what you plan for a regimen! All the best! -Cynthia

By: Ann I got my rebounder about 4 weeks ago. We were gone one of those weeks. The first day I just did the health rebounding for 2 minutes (because it came late in the day). My calves were a little sore the next day. I dropped back to 1 minute that day and did it 3 times that day. Then I went to 1 minute five times a day, and stayed there the rest of the week. When we got back from our vacation, I did 1 minute that day five times, and I stayed there all week (that was last week). I have not been sore since that first day. So this is actually my third week on it and I do 2 minutes 3 times a day. Next week I will try 2 minutes 5 times and then the next week add another minute at 3 times a day. I am aiming for 30 minutes, by eventually doing it 6 x 5 mins., and then 3 x 10 mins. I am still doing the health exercise, keeping my toes on it. After I reach 3 x 10 mins. for awhile, I plan to try really buncing and see what happens. But I will drop back (not sure how far back to go though). I am really out of shape because I am just getting regulated on Synthroid because of RAI to kill my thyroid because of hyperthyroidism from which I nearly died. I love it. I feel so good after having been on it. I am slowly working up time on the treadmill and bicycle, too, (15 mins. on bicycle and 10 mins. on treadmill). I do the rebounding before I do the others. I am skipping a day between the bicycle and treadmill. I ordered a rebounder for my daughter-in-law for her birthday (that's how much I like it) and she likes hers, too. Hope this helps. Ann
